#5: On touching your toes
Happy Monday everyone! Yoga is often seen as a purely physical practice that requires extraordinary amounts of flexibility and strength. That understandably puts a lot of people off. The reality is that movement is one of many tools that yoga uses to help you feel more peaceful. Being able to touch your toes is not a prerequisite for yoga, nor is it a goal. Give yoga a try!
