How do you stay calm under pressure?

Answer A: good question (I don’t have the answer).

Answer B: it is so hard.

Answer C: I don’t (stay calm).

If you’re human, your answer is going to be a combination of answer A, B, and C. Staying calm under pressure is nothing less than a superpower. Yet, to do your job well, to think clearly, to make the right decisions, to communicate and write effectively, you need that superpower. So how do you acquire it ?

Answer: you practice yoga. You don’t have to take my word for it. Neuroscientists say it.
